Challenge: A U.S. Senate campaign needed a flawlessly executed fundraiser in Westlake Village, with a host committee that included prominent elected officials and community organizations.


Approach: Managed the event from concept to execution — coordinating with the host committee (including Rep. Julia Brownley, Sen. Maria Elena Durazo, AVANCE, and United Farm Workers), handling invitations, RSVPs, contribution logistics, venue coordination, and day-of operations.


Outcome: A successful, well-attended fundraiser executed start to finish with no operational hiccups — demonstrating end-to-end event production capability under high visibility.
